Terms of delivery

  • All prices including VAT.
  • The final confirmation on the number of people attending meals must be received 4 days before the event.
  • The final confirmation on the number of people attending the activity must be received 4days before the event, after which the billing for the programme will be ±10%. For example, if you confirm 10 people but only 5 come, you will be charged according to 9 people.
  • If cancellation is made in less than 4 days before the event, we will charge 20% of the total price.
  • We reserve the right to any alterations.
