Check n' Go Fitness Testing
Check n' Go fitness testing provides a test result based on medical information about your physical capacity.
The test includes the following:
- Ergometric test on a fitness bike or the so-called UKK walking test for measuring respiration and blood circulation
- Muscle fitness test
- Blood measurement, cholesterol measurement, Body Mass Index (BMI) calculation
After the tests, a personal training programme will be designed based on the tests and according to the needs and wishes of the person tested.
